Business Development Manager for our Property Management Division, Jody Chatillon, has been working in the real estate industry, for in excess of 20 years; a role she has excelled in every way, forming lasting relationships with her clients who speak highly of her dedication and professionalism, as do her colleagues.

Driven by a combination of a love for people and property, Jody has found the perfect career that not only satisfies her but constantly stimulates and motivates her, as she continues to keep updated with the ever-changing legislation around management and tenancies, ensuring her investors and tenants are aware of how these impact on them.

Jody’s skill base is extensive – she is a talented negotiator, exceptional problem solver, a good time manager, highly organised, always accountable, and a warm, friendly communicator. Up to date with technology platforms and programs, marketing avenues, and industry trends, she is always well-informed and possesses outstanding product and service knowledge.

Jody holds a Real Estate Certificate IV in Property Services, and was recently chosen, as part of a select group of only 21 nationwide, to attend a Real Estate Leadership conference overseas.

Born and bred in Nambour, Jody is passionate about this local community and is a property investor here herself. When not working she enjoys spending time with her family, live music, camping, and jazzercize.
