When it's time to sell your home, I know how to assess the market, advise the best pre list recommendations to enhance the homes value and sales price. I comp, as an appraiser would, the current sales to price your home right, advertise and show to prospective buyers. Once under contract, if Buyer requires financing, I follow required time lines to keep the contract moving forward. I oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. I take care of everything you need and I personally work your home sale, from start to close.
