Your security is assured by strategically positioned CCTV cameras, push buttons in all apartments, and a professional security company on site 24 hours a day.
Mechanics
Although the mains power supply is very consistent in the area, a 200 KVA generator with a 60 KVA backup generator and automatic change over ensure uninterrupted power while solar water heaters help to ensure electricity consumption is kept to a minimum. The supply of electricity, water, and removal of plumbing waste all go through the designated service ducts so there is no inconvenience to tenants. Both buildings are serviced with lifts made by Kone of Sweden.
Water
As well as good mains water supply, there are two underground water tanks with a storage capacity of 252,000 liters, a top-up sweet water well, and rainwater collection. For the landscape garden, we use treated water collected from our biodigester.
Parking
Each apartment has two designated car parking spaces and extra car parking is provided for visitors. There is a drop off area for the Creek Front apartments and both apartment buildings have a covered walkway to the main entrance lobby.
