My name is Tharranne “Thar” Covington. I was born and raised in Hawaii on the island of Oahu. Growing up in Hawaii and being exposed to many different cultures has allowed me to develop the "Aloha" spirit from a very young age. My very friendly and humble personality has allowed me to get along with everyone I have come across. I have been so blessed to have met and helped so many individuals and families with the purchase or sale of their properties.

I have over 25 years of experience in Sales and Customer Service. 18 of those years include Real Estate Sales. I have also worked in the Tourism Industry for over 7 years, which has given me the opportunity to work with a diversified amount of people from all over the world.

It’s important to work with an experienced Agent with great negotiating skills. I take the time to truly listen and understand the motivation and reasons my client's want to Buy, Sell, or Invest. This helps me to better negotiate on their behalf. I am a very honest Agent, who always puts my client’s best interest forward at all times. I will give you my honest opinion and advice, even if it means I won't be able to make a sale. Making a sale is not my priority, especially if it isn't helping my clients improve or enhance their lives or lifestyle. It is my Real Estate Goal to help individuals and families create or enhance the lifestyle that they desire through Real Estate. Being a Homeowner is a great accomplishment. For most people - Purchasing a home is the biggest investment they will ever make in their lives. I love being a part of helping individuals and families accomplish that.
